Machined top surface for machines that need to be anchored to the floor, for example, machines with variable loads, center of gravity and high dynamic torque. Despite anchoring, vibration isolation is provided, with the AirLoc stud system; disk springs, isolation washer and isolation tube being utilized.
To find the right size leveler:
  • Divide machine weight by number of supporting points to get proportional machine load per leveler.
  • Then select the size of the anchoring bolt (stud) and the pretension force of the disk springs.
Pad Types:
  • 716   Machine tools, plastics, textile machines, graphics machines
  • 903   For machines where level stability is a hiagh requirement: drills, lathes,
             cleaning machines, injection-molding machines. Good level stability and standing safety.
  • 915   High load, best level stability
