Machined steel top surface, for machines that must br rigid with the leveler. Freestanding towards the foundation, bolted onto the machine with a stud.
Applications
- 716 Best isolation and damping, good safety and non-skid protection. For machine tools in general.
- 915 High load and level stablility, lower isolation.
- 903 For machines where level stability is a high requirement: drills, lathes, cleaning machines, injection-molding machines. Good level stability and standing safety.

For machine supports which are not machined, and on sloping floors; Adjustment up to 3°guaranteed. For all levelers with spherical washer sets, we recommended using conical sockets and spherical disks on top.

Machined top surface for machines that need to be anchored to the floor, for example, machines with variable loads, center of gravity and high dynamic torque. Despite anchoring, vibration isolation is provided, with the AirLoc stud system; disk springs, isolation washer and isolation tube being utilized.
To find the right size leveler:
- Divide machine weight by number of supporting points to get proportional machine load per leveler.
- Then select the size of the anchoring bolt (stud) and the pretension force of the disk springs.

The advantage of types 203.5V and 206.5 is that they can be anchored after installation without disassembling or moving the machine. In the past, machines were usually anchored for safety reasons. This requires precise anchor positions, which requires costly measurement or precise machine-seat templates. The 203.5V and 206.5 allow you to anchor a machine after installation is complete. In practice, this means 80-90% reduction in anchoring, less planning time and reduced assembly cost.

KSC/KSKC Wedgmount Precision Levelers are recommended for all machines where the reinforcing effect of the foundation is essential. For heavy machines and those requiring alignment on different axes.

 |  |  |  |  | (2) The main purpose of the mounting shoes is to take over heavy machines or machine groups from the crane or other handling equipment. The equipment can be easily aligned on the machined suface of the mounting shoes in the X and Y axis. Then the machine is lowered on hte definite AirLoc Wedgmount Precisions Levelers and leveling in the Z-axis can be done. The machine is now firmly placed htanks to the high coeficient of adhesion of hte AirLoc pad and operation can commence.
Mounting Wedgmount Precision Levelers MSC have no AirLoc pads.
